I love how the text and the fish blend together. I also really like the subtle touches of color in the fins and tails of the fish. Fantastic work :)

Your message is really clear and it harmonizes the overall logo. If it were printed in a smaller size, it might be hard to see the word swimwear, though.

I am absolutely astounded at the detail and effort that was obviously put into this logo. It is cleverly done as the fish brush up against the text without actually disturbing it, making the text easy to read while at the same time blending the actual image with the text itself, creating a sense of unity.
One thing that does bother me, however, is that the coloring is rather uneven. Some areas are colored differently on one fish, and one fish has a few white spaces. This is just me nitpicking, however, and can be easily ignored. The biggest issue here is that, for a swimwear ad, you would expect it to be more... blue. It doesn't give off the impression of being underwater (only the fish do that) and I'm certain that it would be more effective if you added some watery effects to the text or colored the logo blue.
Overall, this is amazing!
